  1. I tried all of these and nothing changed. In Safe mode the cursor worked fine, no delay. Could it just be windows 10? With windows 8 it worked fine.

    My computer is a Acer ES 15 with 6GB memory, and a AMD Radeon R-4 graphics, AMD Processor Quad Core, up to 2.4 GHZ. Model is ES1-521-63DV.
