3.Scroll down until you find Downloads section, and set all download options to Enabled.

Method 2: Reset all Zones to Default

1.Press Windows Key + R then type inetcpl.cpl and hit enter to open Internet Properties.

Method 3: Disable Windows Defender if you have 3rd party Antivirus

3.In the right window pane double click on DisableAntiSpyware and change its value to 1.

4.If there is no key then you need to create one. Right click in the empty area in the right window pane then click New > DWORD (32-bit) value, name it DisableAntiSpyware and then double-click on it to change it’s value to 1.

5.Reboot your PC and this must fix the issue permanently.

Method 4: Reset Internet Explorer

1.Press Windows Key + R then type inetcpl.cpl and hit enter to open Internet Properties.

2.Navigate to the Advanced then click Reset button in the bottom under Reset Internet Explorer settings.

3.In the next window that comes up make sure to select the option “Delete personal settings option.

5.Reboot your PC to save changes and again try to access Internet Explorer.
