3. Now right-click on the first USB controller and then click on Uninstall.

    No-one is answering those questions in the comment section! I am ALSO having this issue! None of my USB ports are working, so how would ANY troubleshooting past the “CMOS” take place? We used to be able to boot to Safe Mode in prior versions…not anymore! What now?!?
