1.Press Windows Key + I to open Settings then click on Ease of Access icon.

3.Now in the right window pane disable or turn off the toggle for “Show desktop background image“.

1.Press Windows Key + R then type control then hit Enter to open Control Panel.

2.Click on Ease of Access, then click on Ease of Access Center.
