    1. I Found that using a copy of windows 10 instalation media you can. Just only need to go to where it says Repair click on it then navigate to C promt that way. It will let that command work. Just boot to that installation program at start-up.

    I had this issue ‘0xc0000098’ when I tried to install windows on the brand new SSD, what worked for me was to recreate the installer on the flash drive

    1. I have that error on turning on my computer this morning. Ive tried several things except reinstalling windows since I only have the one desktop, Dell 8700 XPS. I am unable to find the choice of start up menu and also am unable to access Safe Mode using F4, F8, the windows logo, or spot it anywhere Im allowed access. Ive been working on this 16 hours. Being pistol whipped would be less painful. 😢
